An early-warning watch for Southeast Asia
A scarecrow keeps watch at the edge of the field — through dusk and storm, for one purpose: to raise the alarm before the harvest is lost. Scarecrow Watch is that sentinel for Southeast Asia: an independent, open-source early-warning system tracking mass-atrocity risk across the eleven ASEAN states, so the signs are seen while there is still time to act.
We document patterns and verified public data — not graphic images of victims. The region remembers what happens when no one keeps watch.
